Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Retirer du feu et ajouter la farine d&rsquo;un seul coup en travaillant vivement \u00e0 la spatule. Remettre sur le feu Et dess\u00e9cher jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te se d\u00e9tache de la casserole. Retirer du feu, laissez ti\u00e9dir. Incorporez les 4 oeufs un \u00e0 un en m\u00e9langeant. Ajouter le gruy\u00e8re R\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Disposer en petites boules sur une plaque beurr\u00e9e. N\u00fcsse grob hacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salatsauce herstellen aus: 2\/3 Raps\u00f6l und 1\/3 K\u00fcrbiskern\u00f6l, 2 \u2013 3 El. Walnussessig, etwas Milch, 2 Tl. Meerrettich, 1 \u00bd Tl. Kr\u00e4utersalz, 1 \u00bd Tl. Zucker, Pfeffer und aus der M\u00fchle. Den Teig 5 mm dick ausrollen. Mit einem Messer oder Ausstechformen Formen ausstechen. Auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen. Versez le sucre , 4 jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs. Travailler avec un peu de farine, ajouter le beurre coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux et p\u00e9trir rapidement pour obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne. Laisser reposer environ 1 heure au frais. Abaissez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 3 ou 4 millim\u00e8tres d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. D\u00e9couper des formes diverses \u00e0 l&#8217;emporte-pi\u00e8ce, les d\u00e9poser sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson. Dorer \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u0153uf d\u00e9lay\u00e9 dans un peu de lait. Glas Kapern<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 ml Sahne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zitronensaft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz und Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Eigelb und etwas Petersilie zum Garnieren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Klopse: In einer Sch\u00fcssel aus Hackfleisch, ausgedr\u00fcckten Br\u00f6tchen, gesch\u00e4lten, fein gehackten Zwiebel, Eier, Salz und Pfeffer, Petersilie zu einem geschmeidigen Fleischteig kneten. Die Fleischmasse mit Paniermehl binden. Je nach pers\u00f6nlichem Geschmack kann auch noch ein wenig Sardellenpaste hinzugef\u00fcgt werden. Aus der Teigmasse Klopse ( B\u00e4llchen ) formen. F\u00fcr die Br\u00fche: Die gesch\u00e4lte, klein gehackte Zwiebel und die Gew\u00fcrze in die Br\u00fche geben. Br\u00fche erhitzen, evtl. nachsalzen. Die Klopse in die Br\u00fche geben und ca. 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Dann Lorbeerblatt, Pfefferk\u00f6rner Pimentk\u00f6rner herausnehmen. Die Klopse in der Br\u00fche in weiteren ca. 10 Minuten gar ziehen lassen. Dann herausnehmen und abgedeckt warm stellen. F\u00fcr die Kapernsauce: Margarine oder Butter erhitzen. Mehl darin anschwitzen. Mit der Br\u00fche unter R\u00fchren abl\u00f6schen. Die abgetropften Kapern und die Sahne hinzugeben. Die Sauce nun nicht mehr kochen lassen. Mit Zitronensaft, Zucker, Salz und Pfeffer s\u00fc\u00dfsauer abschmecken. Creuser un puits et y casser l&rsquo;\u0153uf. Ajouter le sucre, le sel, le lait ti\u00e8de, le beurre et p\u00e9trir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te se d\u00e9colle du bol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> La laisser lever de 30 min \u00e0 02h00 dans un endroit temp\u00e9r\u00e9 en la couvrant. La p\u00e2te doit doubler de volume. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abaissez la p\u00e2te sur un plan de travail farin\u00e9 sur 1,5 \u00e0 2 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur et d\u00e9coupez des ronds \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un verre. Laissez \u00e0 nouveau lever entre 30 min et 1 h. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une sauteuse, faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile, le beurre et le sucre.  Puis cuire les boules de p\u00e2tes sans qu&rsquo;elles ne se touchent. Ajoutez rapidement l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e en \u00e9vitant de la verser sur les pains et fermer imm\u00e9diatement le couvercle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Laissez cuire \u00e0 petit feu pendant 5 min sans enlever le couvercle. Les pains sont cuits quand on entend un petit cr\u00e9pitement. Retirez le couvercle sans mouiller les pains.
